BACK TO BASICS

Belief About The State Of Barzakh

Between this world and the Aakhirah there is a state called Barzakh. After death and before the Day of Judgement, every jinn and human being has to be in this state. The world of Barzakh is much larger than this world. Its relationship to this world is the same as that of this world to the womb of the mother. In the world of Barzakh some are in comfort and some are in pain.

  • When the life of a person is over, at that point Hadrat ‘Izraeel ‘Alaihis Salaam appears to extract his/her soul. At that time, on the right side of that person, he/she will see angels as far as their eyes could see. Around the muslim person are angels of mercy and around the right side of the kaafir are the angels of punishment. At that moment the Truth about Islaam will become as clear as the Sun for every one. However the Eemaan of this moment is not reliable because the command is for Eemaan Bil Ghaib (Belief in the Unseen) and now they are no longer unseen but seen.
  • The connection of the soul and the body remains even after death. Although the soul has been separated from the body, whatever transpires upon the body, the soul will be aware and influenced by it just as in life, even more.

After death, the soul of the muslim is located at various places according to its station. Some are located at the grave, some near the sacred spring of Zam Zam, some between the Heaven and the earth, some up to the seventh Heaven and some beyond the seventh Heaven and some souls are kept below the earth and some among the highest of the high. Where ever they are kept they are connected with their bodies. They recognize any one who visits their graves and can hear what is said. According to a Hadeeth it is like a bird was imprisoned in a cage and now it is given freedom. According to our great Imaams: “Without doubt when clean lives are separated from the bodies they go up to the higher world and see & hear everything as if they are present here”. In a Hadeeth it is also mentioned that when a Muslim person dies, a way is opened for this person, he/she can go where ever he/she wants to. The souls of non believers remain near their graves, some below the earth at the seventh level or even below that. These souls, where ever they are they, see, recognize and hear whoever visits their graves. They cannot move around freely because they are imprisoned.

  • To believe that one soul enters another body, whether it is the body of the human or an animal is false hood and Kufr.
  • The meaning of death is the separation of the soul from the body, not the death of the soul.
  • The dead person can talk. This speech cannot be heard by jinns, malaaikah or humans. Animals can hear this speech.
  • When the dead body is placed in the grave, the grave presses it. If he/she is a Muslim, this pressing is like of a fond mother who embraces her child passionately and if it is the body of a kaafir, the pressing is so forceful that the ribs of one side go over to the other side.
  • When those who came to bury the dead person depart, he hears the receding footsteps and at that time two angels arrive tearing the earth with their teeth. Their faces are frightening, their bodies are black and their huge eyes blue and black emitting fire. Their entire head and body is covered with hair and their teeth by which they tear the earth are long. One of them is called Munkar and the other one Nakeer. They then rudely shake the body and make it sit up. They then ask questions in a very harsh manner.

The first question is:-

Man Rabbuka (Who is your Lord?)

The 2nd question is:-

Maa Deenuka (What is your Deen?)

The 3rd question is:-

Maa Kunta Taqoolu Fee Haazar Rajuli (What do you say about this person?)

If the dead person is a Muslim he will respond to the 1st question by saying: Rabbiallah. (My Lord is Allaah) and to the to the 2nd question by saying: Deenul Islaam (My Deen is Islaam). To the 3rd question he will respond “Huwa Rasoolullaahi Sallallaahu Ta’alaa ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam” (That is the Rasoolallah ‘Alaihi Waa Sallam).

They will then ask “Who told you” He will say “I read the Book of Allaah and believed in it and accepted it as the truth”.

At that time a caller from the skies will call out “My slave has spoken the Truth. Spread out for him the bed of Paradise and clothe him with the attire of Paradise. Open a door of paradise for him so that the perfume of the breeze of paradise may keep reaching him”. His grave is expanded to as far as the eyes can see and he will be told to sleep as a bridegroom sleeps. The extent of the expansion of the grave is different for different Mumineen. For a sinful Mumin the torture of the grave is only till Friday night after which it will be removed. Allaah  knows best. It is proven from Hadeeth that the Muslim who dies on the night of Friday (Thursday night) or Friday day time, or on any day or night of Ramadaanul Mubaarak, he will be protected from the questioning angels and the torture of the grave.

To be continued, Inshaallaah Ta’ala.

THE CURSE OF I AM RIGHT YOU ARE WRONG

It is hardly possible to pick up on Islaamic Newsletter or a magazine or even books and not find one “Scholar” tear another to shreds irrespective of whether he is dead or alive; too often in language of harshness which is the language of the Ego (Nafsul Ammaara) My most beloved, revered Shaikh, Hadrat Abu Anees Muhammad Barkat ‘Ali, Quddus Sirruhoo spent his lifetime in bringing the Ummah together. Following is an extract from his highly acclaimed book MAKSHOOFAAT MANAAZIL EHSAAN ( Manifestations of the Stage of Excellence in Worship) Vol. 1 – pages 486 and 487

Unity Among Muslimeen”

To the most respected Holy Prophet  every one of his Ummah is his beloved. All of the Ummah is his Ummah. The dearest thing to him is mutual love and unity among his Ummah. With such contempt and derogatory names we address them. Are they not from the Ummah of our Beloved Prophet ? If they are, then how come you do not have any love for them? You may try to remove short comings from them. To spread disunity and chaos among them is to hurt & give pain to him . Encourage and foster love and Brotherhood among them. Do not use insulting, hateful and derogatory language against any personality or Islaamic Institution.

A HEARTFELT APPEAL TO THE RESPECTED ‘ULAMAA (SCHOLARS)

Please rise above your own methods of thinking, interpretation and creed and give full blooded cooperation to the Da’wah and Tableegh of the Deenul Islaam. Our mutual disagreements, are strengthening non-Muslim institutions, organizations, nations. Please use the Fadaail (Virtues) and Masaail (Essentials) of the Deenul Islaam as the topics of your Khutbaa,s (addresses) and wholesome advice. Please do not get distracted into unnecessary matters; do not bring your debates and arguments into public limelight.
The fundamental laws of every matter are simple and easily understandable”.
This humble pupil of his would like to add: All arguments, hateful language and putting others down are signs of arrogance (I am right, you are wrong). Considering oneself as the dust under the feet of those who follow the Sunnah of the beloved of Allaah  and treating every one with honor and respect are signs of humility. The Choice is Yours

VIRTUES OF EVERY DAY D’UAAS

When putting on new clothes

Hadrat Sahal Bin Ma’az bin Anas  has said that his father narrated that the beloved of Allaah Hadrat Sayyidinaa Wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  has said: The person who puts on new clothes and says:

Transliteration :- Alhamdulillaahil Ladhee Kasaanee Haadhath Thauba wa Razaqeenih Min Ghairi Haulim Minnee Wa Laa Quwwatin

“All praises are for Allaah  Who clothed me with these wonderful clothes and bestowed upon me without any effort or without power from me”, his pervious sins are forgiven.

When removing clothes

Hadrat Anas Bin Maalik  has narrated that the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa Wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  said: The curtain between the organs of shame of the children of Aadam  and the eyes of the jinns when some one is undressing is to recite:

Transliteration: Bismillaah Translation: In the name of Allaah

When undressing before Ghusl (shower)

Hadrat Anas  has narrated that the beloved of Allaah Hadrat Sayyidinaa Wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  said: When someone undresses the curtain between his private parts and the eyes of the jinns is for him to say:  ”Bismillaah” (Ibn Sunnee, Tarteeb Shareef Pg. 133)

When shaking hands with a Muslim brother

Hadrat Anas  has narrated that the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa  Muhammad has said: when two people have love for each other and one of them appears in front of the other and shakes his hands and they both recite Durood they will not separate without Allaah  forgiving both their sins of the past and the future. The Durood is:

Allaahumma Salli ‘Alaa Sayyidinaa Muhammadinin Nabiyyil Ummiyyi wa ‘Alaa Aalihee wa Ashaabihee wa Sallim

VIRTUES OF PURIFICATION (Tazkiatun Nafs) Continued

Dhikrullaah, Jihaad ul Akbar

My beloved readers, jewels of my eyes, by the Grace of Allaah  the dhikr of the Lord of the Power is one of the most Powerful key to unlock the door of Purification. The previous issue (vol. 2 No. 10) contained Aayahs of the Holy Quraan and many Ahaadeeth to make this abundantly clear. Hadrat Aboo Sa’eed  has narrated that the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  has said: On the Day of Judgment Allaah  will say : Today the people of This Day will soon find out who are the recipients of honor. The beloved of Allaah  was asked: Who are the people of honor? He  said: The ones who establish Majaalis (gatherings) of Dhikr in the mosques (Masnad Imaam Ahmad Bin Hanbal).

Hadrat Aboo Hurairah  has said : Those people who gathered together but neither did they do the Dhikr of Allaah  nor did they send Durood (Salaatun Nabee) upon the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad , that Majlis (gathering) will be a source of loss (for them). Allaah  if He wants to, may give them His punishment or forgive them. (Jaam’iut Tirmidhee).

Our beloved Shaikh Hadrat Aboo Anees Muhammad Barkat ‘Ali ,Quddus Sirruhul ‘Azeez has written in his Book “Ta’leem ud Deen”: “Every day in this world millions of gatherings take place and disperse; neither the Dhikr of Allaah  is done in them nor the Durood is sent to His beloved .Such gatherings will be a source of sorrow and lament on the Day of Judgment. Wherever you are and whenever you have time available once a week, arrange a majlis (gathering) of Dhikr of Allaah  and remember one gathering of Dhikr is penance for two million sinful gatherings. In these gatherings for the Dhikr of Allaah  invite every one; do not get involved in any kind of sectarianismAll the slaves of Allaah  get together and do the Hamd and Thanaa (Praises) of the Lord .

You may perform the following Dhikr in the gathering of Dhikr:

* Soorah Al Faatihah * Soorah Al Ikhlaas * Any Durood – – – 3 times each

You may then recite the following repetitiously: – – – 11, 15, or 33 times each

Alhamdulillaah

(All Praises are for Allaah )

Laa ilaaha illallaahu

(There is no god worthy of worship but Allaah

Allaahu Akbar

(Allaah is the Greatest)

Laa Haula wa Laa Quwwata illaa Billaahil ‘Aliyyil ‘Azeem

(There is no power greater than Allaah Exalted in His Greatness)

Subhaanallaahi wa Bihamdihee

(Glorified is Allaah and the most Praised)

Subhaanal Malikil Quddoosi

(The most Glorified King Who is the most Holy)

Subboohun Quddoosun

(The most Sacred the most Holy)

Yaa Hayyu Yaa Qayyoom

(O the Truly Alive O the Truly Self subsisting)

Subhaana Rabbial A’laa

(The most Glorified Lord who is the most Exalted)

Allaahummagh fIrlIl Mumineena wal Muminaat

(Dearest Allaah, please forgive the believers, males and females)

Recite Durood (Salaatun Nabee)

Or you may perform any other Dhikr, that you want to; the important thing is, do perform it and ask Allaah  to pass on the rewards to the Ummah of the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad

make a fervent du’aa in the Majestic Court of the Lord of Mercy that may you all receive, jewels of my eyes, His light in your hearts to form gatherings of Dhikr regularly week after week and may you never stop His Dhikr. Ameen.

In the next issue Insha Allaah Ta’alaa we shall discuss Dhikr Dawaam (Perpetual Dhikr).

VIRTUES OF SALAATUL JUM’AH ( FRIDAY)

Hadrat Aboo Sa’eed Khud ree  has narrated that the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  said: The person who recites Soorah Al Kahaf on Friday, he shall have a light (Noor) shining for him till the next Friday.

(Hasan Haseen pg. 454-5)

Hadrat Aboo Hurairah  has narrated that the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  said: The person who performs his Wudoo well and then comes to the Jum’ah Salaat and listens to the Khutbah and remains quiet ,his sins are forgiven from this Friday to the next Friday , plus 3 more days. The person who removes pebbles (while the Khutbah is being delivered) has done a shameless deed. (Aboo Dawood)

Hadrat Jaabir  has narrated that one day the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  gave a khutbah: O people, do taubah (repent) with Allaah  before you die and hasten with your good deeds before heading towards the Hereafter. Achieve closeness to Allaah  with abundance of His dhikr and practice charity openly and secretly, Allaah  will bestow upon you His provision, His help and will redeem your losses. Pay attention! Allaah  has from this day till the end of the month and from this year till the Day of Judgment made Friday (salaat) fard (compulsory). Hence whoever in my life or after me whether the imaam is cruel or just, left Friday(salaat) considering it insignificant and abandoned it while denying it, then Allaah  will shred to pieces his work and will never give His barakah. Pay attention! neither his salaat, his charity, his zakaah, his hajj, will be accepted nor any of his good deeds will be accepted till he does Taubah (repentance). Pay attention: A woman should not do Imaamah (lead) of a man, nor an ‘Araabee of a Muhaajir, nor a faajir of a mumin; except if a sultaan (governor) orders it and there is a fear of his cruelty such as being killed or whipped; this is an (acceptable) excuse. Ibn Maajah Shareef.

My beloved readers, jewels of my eyes, the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  has made it abundantly clear that any one of us who gives up the Friday salaah, will find that none of his Fard worship (compulsory) will be accepted by Allaah . Please also note my soul mates that there is no excuse either that will be accepted except serious illness. Will you not please be warned?

Hadrat Sa’d bin ‘Ibaadah  has narrated that the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  has said: there is a period during Friday, when Allaah  accepts whatever His slave asks. The people asked: O Messenger of Allaah  when is that period? He  responded: From the time when people stand up for salaat till the end of salaat. Hadrat Aboo Moosa, Aboo Dhar, Sulaiman, Abdullaah bin Salaam and Aboo Labaabah Radiallaahu ‘Anhumaa have also narrated this Hadeeth .This a Hasan and Ghareeb Hadeeth.Tirmidhee Shareef.

Hadrat Ibn ‘Abbaas  has narrated that the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  has said: Any person who has abandoned the Friday salaat without any valid reason, his name is written in that book as a munaafiq (hypocrite) the writings of which can neither be erased nor changed. Hadrat Shafa’ee Rahmatullaah ‘Alaih, Mishkaat Shareef.

My beloved readers, we close the account of Jum’ah Salaat .You have read the great virtues of this ‘Ibaadah and you now also know the terrible consequences of abandoning it. I am very hopeful you will make the right choice, Inshaallaah Ta’laa.

VIRTUES OF SUNNAH

Virtues of the ‘Amaamah (Turban)

The 8 proclamations of the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  about wearing of the ‘Amaamah (Turban):

  1. Performing 2 raka’at of salaat wearing the turban is greater in virtue than 70 raka’at without wearing it. Masnadul Firdaus
  2. Performing salaat wearing the turban is equal to 10,000 virtues. Dailamee
  3. Indeed Allaah  and His angels send Durood on Friday upon those of the ‘Amaamah.
  4. The difference between us and the mushrikeen is that we tie our turban over the cap. For every turn (of the turban) on his head, a muslim will be given one noor(light)
  5. Wear the turban and your forbearance will increase. Haakim, At Tabaraanee.
  6. ‘Amaamah is the dignity of the muslim and the nobility of the ‘Arab. When they will abandon the ‘Amaamah, they will also abandon nobility. Dailamee
  7. The beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  pointing towards his ‘Amaamah proclaimed: The crowns of the angels are like this.
  8. The Friday salaat performed wearing the ‘Amaamah is equal to 70 Friday salaats performed without the ‘Amaamah.

My beloved readers, jewels of my eyes, wearing of a turban has been considered as Mustahib (highly recommended ) by many scholars as well as Sunnatul Mutawaatirah (continuous sunnah) by other scholars. The beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  described it as the crown of the angels. Those of us whose only purpose in life is to please The Lord of the worlds, would and do find it difficult not to wear the crown of the angels. I most fervently and enthusiastically invite you to join us and be blessed by the One Who gave us our lives by following the footsteps of the one who was sent to be followed and obeyed, .

SOME ESSENTIAL ADVICE FROM Hadrat Shaikh Abu Anees Muhammad Barkat ‘Ali Quddusa Sirrahul ‘Azeez

Character (Continued)

  • While everyone knows, no one accepts. Those deeds which are prohibited, such as lying, gheebah (back biting), jealousy, pointing out defects and shortcomings in others instead of covering them up, breaking ones promises, etc. etc. no one abstains from. Instead of practicing such simple but significant virtues, we get hopelessly entangled with obscure concepts. The principles of Shar’iah are for every one and for all times.
  • The harshness that we see is our own creation. The biggest reason for this is our abandonment of the ordinances of the Shar’iah and entanglement with arguments about superficial and insignificant concepts.
  • Is the practical model of the purity of Sunnah not enough for us? Why abandon the simple and easy path and adopt a difficult terrain? The first step is to adhere to the “dos” and the “do nots”. The “dos” and the “do nots” are quite clear.
  • Tableegh (propagation) of character is not done. Character by itself is Tableegh!
  • Those character traits which Allaah  in His Book, Quraanul Kareem and my Master, may my soul be sacrificed for him  have made the focus of their love, make them yours. Give up those that are disliked (by them). Do Tableegh of these matters only.
  • If possible adopt them all. If not, do adopt at least one.
  • That which can be changed is the character of the slave, not the basis of his creation. It is on the basis of character that he becomes the worst or the best.

VIRTUES OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF FIQH & SHAR’IAH (Continued)

Extracts from the great work “Manifestations of the Stages of Excellence in Worship” by our beloved, esteemed and highly revered Hadrat Shaikh Abu Anees Muhammad Barkat ‘Ali, Quddusa Sirrahul ‘Azeez.

In brief, after the third period, there was no expansion of Ijtehaad in the Fiqh of Islaam. All the Fuqahaa and Imaams after the third period limited themselves to the explanations of the writings of the Mujtahideen of the third period. Hence the taufeeq (enlightening of the hearts) to perform the service of Islaam was given to many of His righteous slaves. These gifted elders performed this service with great truthfulness and sincerity. Eventually, the four Madhaahib, Hanafee, Shafa’ee, Maalikee and Hanbalee , became permanently enthroned and the righteous and the Ahle Sunnah wal Jama’at unanimously agreed that all the four are on Haq (right). This agreement took place at the end of the second century and in the third good period (as mentioned in the Hadeeth. Please refer to volume 2 No 6)

Hadrat Shaah Walee ul Laah Muhaddith Dehelvi Rahmatullaah ‘Alaih, a very well known Indian scholar has written in his book: When all the other madhaahib became extinct, the following of the four madhaahib became the greatest pleasure of adherence and to remove oneself from it was to come out this pleasure.

There is much wisdom in adopting the four madhaahib and much mischief in rejecting them. Hadrat Shah Walee ullaah Rahmatullaah ‘Alaih has forwarded 3 reasons:

There is consensus among the Ummah that in matters of Shar’iah one must do the Ittiba’ of previously (correctly guided) predecessors. Since the four madhaahib are from well authenticated writings of our predecessors and the matters they have dealt with are of benefit, therefore their Ittiba’ is essential.

It is mentioned in the Hadeeth: “Follow the majority (consensus)” All madhaahib are finished except the four. Therefore following the majority is following the four madhaahib. Therefore Ittiba’ of the four madhaahib is essential.

Time has dragged on. Trusts have been betrayed. Therefore misguided scholars and those about whom there are doubts that they fulfill the conditions of Ijtehaad, cannot be followed. This is why the four madhaahib should be the ones which are followed.

Hadrat Shaikh Abu Anees Muhammad Barkat ‘Ali, Rahmatullaah ‘Alaih continues: The differences between the holy companions (may Allaah be pleased with them all) and the differences between the four Imaams should not be interpreted as opposition. Their differences were for the pursuit of Haq. There was not even the slightest shade of egotism in their differences. It was also not possible to avoid these differences. The differences were certainly not about matters of fundamental beliefs and canons of Islaam, they were about matters of practices, and in areas where the Quraan and the Ahaadeeth were not explicit. It is easily understandable that there are bound to be differences in areas where the Holy Quraan and the Ahaadeeth are not explicit. In the deeper and solvable matters of the Shar’iah of Islaam the decisions and verdicts arrived at by the four Imaams are all correct. For the sake of harmony therefore, Muqallideen (followers) should not make use of their differences to spread discord among themselves.

TRANSLATION OF THE HIGHLY ACCLAIMED BOOK IN 5 VOLUMES “MAKSHOOFAAT MANAAZIL EHSAAN

(Manifestations of The Stages of Excellence in Worship) —- continued :-

By Hadrat Shaikh Abu Anees Muhammad Barkat ‘Ali Quddus Sirrahul ‘ Azeez

Hadrat Anas  narrates that the beloved Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  has said: The son of Aadam will be brought on the Day of Judgment as if he is a baby lamb. Then he will be made to stand in front of Allaah . Allaah  will say to him: I bestowed life upon you. I gave you slaves and maids to you and riches. And then I gave you the gift (the Book and I sent to you My Messenger for your guidance). What did you do. The man will say: O my Lord, I saved the money. I increased it by doing business and left behind in the world more than what I had originally. Please send me back so that I may bring all those riches back to you (spend it on charity). Then Allaah  will ask him: The money that you sent ahead (for the Aakhirah), show it to me. He will respond: “O my Lord, I accumulated the money, increased it and left more of it in the world than I started with. Please send me back to the world so that I can bring all of it back to you. Eventually he will turn out to be a slave who accumulated nothing for the Aakhirah and he will be taken to the Hell Fire. (Tirmidhee)

Hadrat Ibn Mas’ood  narrates that the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  proclaimed: On the Day of Judgement, man’s feet will not move till the following five matters are questioned of him. He will be asked on what occupation did he spend his life. How and on what did he spend his youth. How did he earn and how did he spend. Did he practice the knowledge he acquired. (Tirmidhee)

Hadrat Jubair Bin Nafeer  narrates that the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  proclaimed: I have been ordered by the Wahee not to accumulate wealth or do business. The Wahee that has been sent to me is: Do Tasbeeh of Your Lord (Hamd); be of those who do Sajdah (Prostration) and worship your Lord till death overtakes you. (Sharah Sunnah)

Hadrat Sahal Bin Sa’d  narrates that the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  proclaimed: This Khair (good) that is abundance of wealth, are so to say Treasures and there are keys for those Treasures. Hence good tidings are for the slave whom Allaah  has made the key who opens the good and closes the evil. May that slave perish who Allaah  has made the key who opens the evil and closes the good. (Ibn Maajah)

Hadrat Aayishah Siddeeqah narrated that the beloved of Allaah,  said: The world is the home of that person who does not have a home in the Aakhirah (Hereafter) and money is of that person who has no money in the Aakhirah and only that person and only that person accumulates money who has no ‘Aql (intelligence).

(Ahmad, Baihaqee)

Hadrat Hudhaifah  narrates: I heard the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  say in the Khutbah: To consume alcohol is a collection of sins and women are the net of the Shaitaan and the love for the world is the hub for every sin. Hadrat Hudhaifah  states that I heard the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa Muhammad  say: Put the woman behind, as Allaah  has put them behind. (Razeen)

Ibn Shu’bul Eeman, Baihaqee has mentioned from the narration of Hadrat Hasan  that the love for the world is the root of sins.

Hadrat ‘Alee Al Murtadaa, Karramallaahu Wajh says: The world is traveling with its back towards this side and the Aakhirah is coming towards this side, its face turned towards this side. And there are children of everyone. You are children of the Aakhirah and not the children of the world. Today is the day for action and there is no accountability today. Tomorrow is the Day of Accountability and not of action. (Bukhaaree)

Hadrat Aboo Ad Dardaa  narrated that the beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Sayyidinaa wa Maulaanaa  said: When the sun rises there two angels by its sides who call to the creation. Their voices are heard by all the creation except the jinns and the human beings. They proclaim: O people return to the Commandants of your Lord and be informed that the money which is less but enough is better than the money which is more but engages you in indecency and lewdness that is, it prevents you from the worship of Allaah . (Aboo Naaeem)

Dear Allaah, bestow Your Choicest Blessings upon our Master Muhammad and upon his extended family and his progeny according to the number of all things known to You. I seek the forgiveness of the One but for whom there is no God, The Truly and Perfectly Alive and The Self Sustained and I turn to Him with repentance. O The Truly and Perfectly Alive O The Self Sustained

This is the Salaatunnabi (Durood) recited by Hadrat Sayyidinaa UWAIS QARNEE, and the inherited Durood Shareef of the Honorable chain of Quadariyyah; Mujaddidiyyah; Ghafooriyyah; Raheemiyyah; Kareemiyyah and Ameeriyyah.
It is highly recommended that those who seek the love and closeness to the Beloved of Allaah, Hadrat Muhammad make it mandatory upon themselves to recite this Durood Shareef according to their capacity and the time they have available. For instance at least 11 times after each Salaat. It should be recited more frequently after Ishaa, Tahajjud and Fajr. 100,300,500 times or even more. Remember though, once the frequency is fixed, be steadfast upon it!
